ACIL EDUCATION SERIES: Protecting your Laboratory from Cyber Attacks:  What Senior Management and Directors Need to Know Now Webinar

Tuesday, September 22, 2015; 1:00 – 2:00pm ET

The recent security breaches suffered by businesses and government agencies has catapulted cyber security to the top of the list of priorities and responsibilities for many senior executives and board members. The devastating effects that a security breach can have on a laboratory has forever removed responsibility for data security from the sole province of the IT department and Chief Information Officers. While most in  corporate leadership positions today recognize the elevated importance of data security risks in their organization, few understand what action should be taken to address these risks.

This Webinar (presented by ACIL member Larry Mason, Senior Shareholder, Segal McCambridge Singer & Mahoney) will explain and demystify cyber security for laboratory senior management and directors by identifying the steps laboratories must take to address, mitigate, and respond to the risks associated with data security.
