About the Speakers:   

Jay Fredkin - 

Jay Fredkin is the CEO and President of CABEM Technologies. Jay provides strategic direction while also directing the day-to-day business activities at CABEM. He is active in solution design and delivery with an emphasis on aligning the interests of CABEM and its customers. Jay is directly responsible for the design, and implementation of the competency manager software solution. Jay has 30+ years of experience in leading results-driven high technology businesses.

Peter Holtmann -

Peter is an executive and organizational coach and consults to Boards and organizations in human capital, business continuity, and global expansion. He has been a frequent speaker for international conferences writes for several feature magazines on food safety, quality assurance, risk management, certification and accreditation. He has been a panel member of the National Product Liability Association, the Australian Institute of Food Science and Technology, the Royal Australian Chemical Institute and the Society of Consumer Affairs Professionals. He currently holds Board positions on global Personnel Certification Associations, National Regulator Committee’s and International Trade Development councils.Peter Holtmann has over 15 years of experience in the service and manufacture industries.  He received his B.Sc. in Chemistry from the University of Western Sydney, Australia.

Dan Cannon -

Dan provides management systems support to organizations seeking to improve effectiveness in quality, strategy deployment, and lean. He is an expert in achieving management systems certification to ISO 9001:2015, AS9100, accreditation to ISO/IEC 17025, as well as many other industry standards and maintains close relationships with several Certification and Accreditation Bodies. Dan has extensive leadership experience serving in world‐class quality roles. In 11 years on the senior leadership team of National Technical Systems (NTS), Dan developed and led NTS’ enterprise quality management system and regulatory affairs. At Raytheon, he developed, staffed and deployed the Mission Assurance Internal Audit program across the Integrated Defense Systems business unit. Dan holds a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire. He also holds a Six Sigma Specialist certification from Raytheon, Kaplan Norton Balance Scorecard certification and was previously an AS9100 Aerospace Industry Experienced Auditor
