ETHICS TRAINING - Fundamentals for Management

Tuesday, March 7, 2017, 1:00 – 2:00pm ET

The objective of the training is to present ways to ensure ethical standards of conduct in the workplace. Management is responsible for ensuring that ethical standards of conduct are practiced in the sampling and testing operations of environmental organizations.

Recent events have raised the laboratory management awareness about following EPA methods and laboratory SOPs. Significant fines have been levied in the past year on laboratories not following EPA or mandated methods.  If methods are modified, changed or revised, the laboratory must have a process for making these changes.  The long-term health of the laboratory necessitates that management make changes in a well-documented and organized fashion.

Members $30;  Non-Members - $60
