Speaker Biography:

Dimple Shah is a Principal Scientist at Waters Corporation.  She serves as a subject matter expert in the Food and Environment Scientific Operations team. She is responsible for development of analytical methods for determination of contaminants in food and water using Liquid Chromatography (LC) and Mass Spectrometry (MS).  Her areas of expertise are LC, tandem quadruple MS, high resolution mass spectrometry (HRMS) and various chromatography and mass spectrometry softwares.

Dimple has a Masters (MS) degree in Chemistry from University of Massachusetts at Lowell.  She also has a Masters in Organic Chemistry from St. Xavier's College, Gujarat University, India.  She has published several scientific applications on analysis of polar pesticides, pesticides, veterinary drugs, mycotoxins, sugars, sweeteners, vitamins, and dyes.
